We work hard to make learning and operating the Retail 6 system easy and convenient.
With Retail 6, you don't have to leave the workplace to attend a training school; we bring the training to you. Using role-based training, users are guided through the various tasks they will perform within the system on a daily basis. You will be amazed to see how quickly your team will be acclimated to this easy-to-use system.
In addition to our role-based training program, CDS maintains a help desk which operates out of our corporate offices in Lancaster, PA. Our help desk staff will be happy to answer any questions that may arise and help you work through situations quickly and efficiently.
We also offer Executive Support, which we call business coaching, to provide guidance and expertise to assist management in working with the system and in establishing business best practices that will allow your team to better operate, evaluate and grow your business.
